We offer a 100 percent money-back guarantee if a product is damaged or defective. You have 30 days to return the item for a complete refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs; after we get the product, we will reimburse the full purchase price.
All sales are final! However, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is damaged or defective once you receive your order, or if it arrives 30 days later than the last day of the time-frame you received at checkout. So for example, if you were given a delivery time of 5 -7 days, and your order arrives after 37 days (7 + 30), exclusive, then you are entitled to a full refund.
